Research and Planning - Special FX

These photos that I have inserted are the special effects makeup that were tested out on me so that it will be used in our trailer. They are made to seem realistic and look like we have got into trouble and it has this to happen. The things we done we are black eye so it looked like I had been punched or hit in the face, then I had a gun shot in my head so it looked like someone had got angry and shot me in the head and then we done a smiley face which looked like it had been burned into my face, the smiley face is our signature logo/sign that will be used during the trailer as it is also linked to the name and slogan of our trailer. All of these worked very well and looked really realistic, we will be using all of them in the trailer to give it more of that eerie horror feel and make the audience feel like it’s more realistic. Just for fun and so we could see how it looked we also tried to make a pencil going through my hand realistic, it did work to a certain extent it was just hard to keep it stable and make sure it didn’t come off, we aren’t sure if we are going to use it as it doesn’t really work with the trailer and we don’t hint or say anything about pencils.
