Research and Planning - Target Audience
The final conclusion we came up with as a group is that we are going to have the target audience as 15+. This is the most effective age that we could think of for our trailer; if we done any age earlier than that then it wouldn't be suitable for them as its a horror movie and then as people would have seem the trailer they wouldn't want to go and see it. But we also didn't choose any later than that because then it would be a film suitable for just adults and there wouldn't be many people going to watch it as for adults not many of them like watching horror movies and tend to go for a comedy or family movie because it doesn't appeal to them. It mainly appeals to teens from 15-19 so age 15 is a perfect rating.
