Research and Planning - Finalized Location

We finally chose this idea for our location as we liked and admired how it was hardly known by the local community and because of this it was just a subtle park that families can go to when they want and have a picnic or go to the park. The children can enjoy the space all around and have loads to run around on. We also liked it because it had everything we needed for our trailer, it had paths that aren’t just straight and have different directions with bends and exits and entrances so we could get many different shots and angles whilst walking down these paths. There was also many different tree’s or tree stumps that could be used, we used a couple for a few scenes in our trailer as we needed a tree for the poster and a scene leading up to the poster scene which involves us looking at the tree and we used another tree to get Ellie to sit up against and act dead. All of these are effective as it makes our trailer unique and helps us achieve what we wanted from our trailer.
